Can’t believe it’s already been a week since I’ve been back on track!! I went back to the gym, I stopped eating chips (was eating rice chips - but there are still too many calories in a bag!!) , and I didn’t have any chocolate (which is a big thing for me!!). All in all it was a good week, even if I didn’t loose any pounds…
My plan for this week, is to train at least 3 times, and start weight training. I aim also to start drinking more water - I don’t drink enough - and I know it should make a different in my hunger!!
Today, went for a nice hour long walk in the woods, as there isn’t too much snow. Had to go up many many stairs (my heart was pumping!!) … Check it out :
